Franchise League Football, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "FLF," "we," "our," or "us") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our fantasy football application and website (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our Service, as well as any related services, sales, marketing, or events. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

2.1 Personal Information You Provide to Us
Account and Registration Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, username, password, date of birth, and other registration information necessary to create and maintain your account.

League and Game Information: Information about fantasy leagues you create or join, including league settings, team names, draft selections, roster management decisions, trades, scoring, and other gameplay-related data.
Payment and Billing Information: When you pay league entry fees or make other purchases, we collect payment information, which may include credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account information, billing addresses, and other financial information. This information is processed by our third-party payment processor, and we do not directly store complete payment card or financial account information on our servers.
Communications and Support: Content of messages, emails, and other information you send through our Service, including communications with other users, our support team, and any feedback or testimonials you provide.
User Content: Comments, forum posts, chat messages, images, videos, and other content you submit to or through the Service.
Survey and Contest Information: Information you provide when responding to surveys, entering contests or promotions, or participating in research activities.
Employment Applications: Information you provide when applying for employment with us.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
Usage Information: Information about your interactions with the Service, including pages or screens visited, features used, actions taken, time spent, referring/exit pages, date and time of your visit, and statistics regarding your engagement with various features.

Location Information: General location information derived from your IP address. If you grant permission for location services, we may collect more precise geolocation data from your mobile device.

4.1 With Other Users
Your username, profile information, league activities, and content you post publicly will be visible to other users of the Service.
Information shared within your fantasy leagues, including draft selections, roster moves, and league messages, will be visible to other members of those leagues.
If you use interactive features (such as forums or chat), other users may see your posts and communications.
4.2 Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf, including:
Payment processors to process league fees and other transactions
Cloud service providers for hosting and storage
Analytics providers to help us understand how users interact with our Service
Customer service and support providers
Marketing and advertising partners to deliver targeted advertisements and promotions
Email service providers to send communications
IT and security service providers
4.3 Advertising Partners
We work with third-party advertising partners (including Google and Meta/Facebook) to display ads to our users. 5.1 Account Information
You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account settings.
You may deactivate your account through the account settings or by contacting us. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deactivation of your account.
5.2 Marketing Communications
You can opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication or by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, transactions, or our ongoing business relationship.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect your ability to use certain features of our Service.

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret these signals, our Service does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
5.6 Third-Party Advertising

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
